Privacy

This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies. Information is collected only when you choose to send it: through the contact form (name, email, optional organisation, message) or the diligence intake form (the answers you give about an asset and, if you attach one, a pitch deck).

Intake answers and uploaded documents are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 object storage, accessible only to the reviewer and, where a specialty requires it, one named specialist bound by the same confidentiality. Files are never sent as email attachments and are not used to train any model. Submissions are checked against current advisory relationships before being read in full; a submission declined for conflict is deleted. Declined submissions are deleted automatically 90 days after the decision, and any submission is deleted on request. The intake page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse; it sets no tracking cookies.

Form submissions are delivered by email to StructuraMed through Resend, a transactional email provider. The message is not added to a mailing list, not shared with third parties, and not sold. It is retained in the ordinary course of business correspondence.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (including IP address) for security and abuse prevention. A short-lived record of submitting IP addresses is held in memory to rate-limit the contact form.
